บทคัดย่อ

          A case report of a pregnancy 39 weeks of gestation, who presented with premature ruptured ofmembrane. She was found a right ovarian tumor and tumor previa. After cesarean section, the baby washealthy. Right oophorectormy was done. The pathological diagnosis was benign cystic teratoma. There wasno postoperative complication.

          Most ovarian tumors during pregnancy were benign and were detected during first trimester. Thediagnosis may be late it the pregnant went to antenatal care late, the tumor was not large, did not pelvicexamination, had complications and diagnosis was done during operation. Early antenatal care and physicalexamination could help early diagnosis, planed of management, reduced complication and better prognosisif the tumor was malignant.
