Renal Tubular Acidosis : รายงานผู้ป่วย 1 ราย

บทคัดย่อ

          A 3 year old girl presented with fever, failure to thrive, hypokalemic, hyperchloremic metabolic acidosis (normal anion gap), hypercalciuria, and alkaline urine PH during severe metabolic acidosis. Ultrasonography of both kidneys showed diffuse nephrocalcinosis bilaterally compatible with distal type renal tubular acidosis. The patient was treated with sodium bicarbonate and potussium citrate. During 7 years follow up, the growth velocity is improved but bilateral nephrocalcinosis was persistent.
