การม้วนเป็นปมของเส้นลวดแกนสายสวนหลอดเลือดดำ Subclavian ชนิด 2 ท่อ : รายงานผู้ป่วย

บทคัดย่อ

          A 52 year-old woman with a history of end-stage renal failure was complicated by subclavian venous catheter guidewire knotting, a rarely reported complication. A chest roentgenography revealed knotting of the guidewire. A right thoracotomy via the 4^th  intercostal space was performed and the guidewire was removed by venotomy of the superior vena cava. The patient was discharge within 7 days postoperative without any other complication.
