ผลการรักษาการหย่อนสมรรถภาพทางเพศในผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชาย

บทคัดย่อ

The purpose of this qualitative research was to study the result of male erectile disorder treatment  in diabetic men by the method of medicine and psychotherapy. Subjects included 10 diabetic men with erectile disorder. Data were collected by the method of indept interviewing. Sildernafil 50 mg and psychotherapy were the intenrentions of this study.

The study found that after sildenafil treatment and psychotherapy all of the 10 subjects gained improved penile erection in different degree. Six of them gained good erection, 1 moderate and 3 gained little erection. There were 9 subjects had mild adverse effects which include facial flushing in 4 cases, headaches in 2 cases, dizziness in 2 cases, and nasal congestion in 1 case. All of the subjects had sexual performance anxiety prior to psychotherapy and this condition was release after therapy.
