บทคัดย่อ

 Prospective randomized trial study of Anterior selective Posterior truncal vagotomy with Pyloroplasty and Truncal vagotomy with Pyloroplasty in the treatment of complicated duodenal and prepyloric ulcer in 82 patients, after four to six years followed up there was no statistical difference in the result of short operative time compare to highly selective vagotomy, median stay in hospital, post operative complication and ulcer recurrent rate, but Anterior selective Posterior truncal vagotomy have a lower incidence of dumping syndrome and diarrhea.
