Anal Malignant Melanoma
A Case Report
บทคัดย่อ
Malignant melanoma can be found in any organs and may be rapidly metastasis. Anal polypoid mass was found in a patient of Nakhonpathom hospital with history of rectal bleeding. Polypectomy was performed. Histologic examination showed invasion of malignant melanoma in nearly all of the mass. This tumor in anal region has very poor prognosis and may be misdiagnosed to other more common diseases.
