บทคัดย่อ

          A 5-year-old preschool child lost a lot of deciduous teeth. From oral examination, It is discovered that in the maxilla, the first permanent molars (# 16, # 26) are caries, exposed pulp and four retained roots of deciduous teeth are left. Whereas in the mandible, the first permanent, molars (# 36, # 46), the deciduous canines (# 73, # 83), the deciduous lateral incisors (# 72, # 82) are caries and four retained roots of deciduous teeth are left. Nevertheless, the permanent central incisors (# 31, # 41) are normal. The dmft is 22. The great loss of deciduous teeth results from sleeping with bottlefeeding, lack of water drinking after feeding and unproper oral cleaning since early stage.
