บทคัดย่อ

          The evaluation structure used was CIPP model of Stufflebeam, which focused on the context of the project, input factor, process and product of the project. The populations includes 36 hospital administrators, 163 hospital staff members and 400 hospital clients. This research used descriptive analyis method, by questionaire. The data obtained was analysed by percentage, arithmatic mean, standard deviation. The results was as follow : Context evaluation could be summarized that most hospital administrators agreed with. "Facelifting for health service development project" Input evaluation showed that the hospital had enough staff members available, enough hospital potential with mean at 3.01, 3.46. There are not enough budget allocation for seminar/job training at 69.4 percent. Process evaluation did not follow as the process. Hospital staff and hospital client opinions and satisfaction were also at a high level with mean at 3.46 and 3.74. There were satisfied with building the most, service behavior and service system followingly.

          In this research showed that the evaluation of facelifting for health services development project in Samuthsakhon Hospital was useful, correlated with health service problems and community problems. The project should be use for facelited health service in hospital. The recommendation from staff and client shoud be used for the development of health service in Samuthsakhon Hospital.
