อัตราการตายและโรคแผลเปปติคทะลุในผู้ป่วยอายุมากและอายุน้อย ในโรงพยาบาลพะเยา

บทคัดย่อ

          A retrospective study of 167 patients with perforated peptic ulcer, during the peroid 1991-1994 in Phayoa hospital, there was a 6.5 percent hospital mortality rate, and patients aged 270 years had a significantly higher mortality rate (16%) than patients aged <70 years (4.4%) (p<0.05). Simple suture and omental graft in patients aged :70 years had a significantly higher mortality rate (20%) than patients age < 70 years (5%) (p < 0.05)
