การผ่าตัด Trabeculectomy ในโรงพยาบาลพะเยา

บทคัดย่อ

          A retrospective study of trabeculectomy in 48 glaucoma patients in Phayao hospital since October 1991 -September 1994 was done. The pre-operative mean ocular tension was 34.1±6.7 mmHg (± SD). The post-operative mean ocular tension was 13.8±5.5 mm Hg. Visual acuity (V.A) improved 42 cases(87.5%) and did not improve 6 cases(12.5%) after operation. Ocular tension was normal in 40 cases(83.3%) and was above normal in 8 cases(16.7%). Post-operative complications were flat anterior chamber 3 cases (6.3%), hyphema 1 case (2.1%), filtering bIeb failure 2 cases (4.2%) and cataract 2 cases (4.2%).
