ประสบการณ์การรักษาผู้ป่วยวัณโรคปอด 2 ปี ณ โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระสังฆราชองค์ที่ 17
บทคัดย่อ
The study was done in tuberculsis outpatient clinic during January 1992-December 1993 at Somdejprasangkaraj 17 Hospital. In 134 patients, there were pulmonary case 87% and 86 pulmonary tuberulosis cases were treated by short course regimen, 2HRZE+4HR. The satudy show good follow up 59%, culture were positive in 55 cases, at least one drug resistance 27.2%, INH resistance 20% and MDR 7.2%. Good hospital administration and physician still need in control and treatment of tuberculosis cases.
