Cystic Lymphangioma (Hygroma) of Mesentery

         Cystic Lymphangioma (Hygroma) was a congenital malformation of lymphatic system and mostly founded in children. The lesion was founded in head and neck for 75%, less than 5% in the abdomen. The chief complaint was abnormal mass, infection, or pressure effect of mass. One case of hygroma was reported with abdominal mass and chronic pain, the lesion was resected and postoperative patient was good.
