บทคัดย่อ
During 1 October 1-991 to 30 September 1994, cesarean section rate in Banpong Hospital was 12.7 percent devided to primary cesarean section 9.9 percent and previous cesarean section 2.8 percent from total birth. The most common indication was cephalopelvic disproportion. The second was fetal distress. The third was breech presentation. The operation peak of age was 25-29 years. The operation was performed in primigravida 49.9 percent. The mean fetal weight was 3,111 gram. The most maternal morbidity was blood loss. There was 4.2 percent needed blood replacement. Wound infection was 1.5 percent. The neonatal mortality was 0.9 percent from prematurity with maternal antepartum hemorrhage.
