บทคัดย่อ

          The purpose of this study based on two questions : "How do the citizens in the Damnoensaduak Sanitation area feel about the service of Damnoensaduak hospital Ratchaburi ?" and "What way that they want about the service - developing of the hospital ?" This study uses the secondary data from the quesionaire that worked up by the Under-Secretary’s Ofhce of The Public Health Ministry in the topic: "The satisfaction of the citizens in the urban area or the near- by area of the hospital." Our data was collected in July 1992 by making random interview from 158 cases of the leader of the family or his representative in target- area.

          This study found that the out- patient department is the department that most of the citizens use in the hospital, the cost of remedy is appropiate, the time that use for going to the hospital is not too long but the waiting · time for seeing the doctor is tool much and the good welcome is the first need of them that want the hospital to improve. For the question of feeling about the hospital’s service we found that their most satisfaction is the quality of the service, the quality of medical instrument is the second, the human relationship of the official, the co - ordination, the data that they rec-eived and the satisfaction about the convenient of the service respectively.
