การวิเคราะห์โรคหลอดเลือดสมองที่รับไว้ในโรงพยาบาลนครปฐม

บทคัดย่อ

          A retrospective study of cerebrovascular disease in Nakhonpathom hospital during January 1991- December 1993 was done. There were 392 male and 268 female, 39% lived in urban area. The disease were categorized as oerebral haemorrhage 49.7%, cerebral infarction 46.7% and cerebral ischemia 3.6%. Associated risk factor were Hypertention (71.8%), Diabetes mellitus (9.4%), Heart Disease (1.5%). The incidence of the disease was 35 per 100,000 population and mortality was one third of admitted CVD patients. Further study to find out appropiate strategy to prevent cerebrovascular disease was necessary.
