การศึกษาผู้ป่วยโรคเอดส์ในโรงพยาบาลศูนย์นครปฐม

บทคัดย่อ

A descriptive study of AIDS patients in Nakhonpathom Regional Hospital during October 1990 to March 1992. Sixteen cases with increasing incidence was noted. Most of these patients were in 21-30 years of age. The rish factors were heterosexual related in 11 cases and IVDU in 4 cases. Clinical manifestations of these patients were those of the opportunistic infections which 50% were of respiratory system, mostly tuberculosis. The average admission day was 10 days. It was noted that the incidence of AIDS patients was rapidly increased with the main risk factor of sexual related. The prevention and control of AIDS is still a major problem. Disease situation analysis and management plan is quite essential.
