บทคัดย่อ

The regulations of the Ministry of Public Health B.E. 2529, concerning the procurement of medicines and non-medical supplies for the government bodies under the Ministry of Public Health, state that hospitals under the Ministry of Public Health must prepare a yearly procurementplan for medicines and non-medical supplies. This plan must be made and followed according to the Ministry of Public Health‘s specification. ln case hospitals cannot follow this plan, they have to submit their requirement to The Pharmacy and Therapeutic Commitee for consideration"

                Since the medicines and non-medical supplies is one of the four necessities of life, the use of this is essential. Required volume of the medicines and non-medical supplies depends on various factors such as epidemic of diseases, accidents or incidents, seasons, and so forth.

                Therefore, to procure adequate medicines and non-medical supplies it is necessary to check and forecast the requirement in advance by adjusting the procurement plan of each purchase. This is done by avaluating the consumption record in the past five months of the drug list of Phaholpolpayuhasena Hospital, Kanchanaburi, B.E. 2534, totalling 960 items. Adjustment is made between the minimum and the maximum consumption and deducted by the current outstanding stocks. This gives the new volumes and new prices required at present and in the near future which will further the procurement management.
