Neurilemmoma in Lumbar Spine

บทคัดย่อ

A 30-Year-old woman was sustamed low back pain for 3 years, in the last 6 mounths she had severe back pain and progressive. weakness of left gluteus, calf and thigh muscles. Look like cauda equina had a dynamic compression or expanding lesion. Investigation by plain film lumbar spine showed lytic lesion at left L₁ pedicle like CA metastasis. Lumbar myelogram showed no definite sign of dural sac mass involvemevt, finally CT scan showed large mass extended from T₁₁ - L₃  left and lumbar 1 body involvement. Posterior decompression lumbar 1 and lumbar 2 and biopsy mass was done. Three weeks later, anterior decompression was done for removal of the whole mass and interbody graft L₁-L₂.
