คนไข้กลุ่มอาการ Noonan กับการบำบัดรักษาทางทันตกรรม รายงานผู้ป่วย 1 ราย

บทคัดย่อ

          A case report of 5 year old Thai male treated for oral disease at Paholpolpayuhasena Hospital, Kanchanaburi. The patient had oral disease which made eating impossible. He also had  Noonan syndrome. The most common abnormalities which occur in Noonan syndrome are short  stature, webbing of the neck, pectus carinatum or. pectus excavatum, cubitum valgum and congenital heart disease. Antibiotic prophylaxis was given before the dental treatment to prevent infective endocarditis. After the dental treatment this patient has good dental health and can eat normally. There was no complications of infective endocarditis.
