บทคัดย่อ
การจัดเรียนรู้แบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานสามารถพัฒนาการคิดอย่างวิจารณญาณและลดช่องว่างของการนำความรู้กับการปฏิบัติ ซึ่งการเรียนรู้แบบนี้ใช้วิธีการที่สำคัญคือการเรียนรู้แบบชี้นำตนเอง อย่างไรก็ตามข้อด้อยประการหนึ่งของจัดการเรียนรู้แบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานคือการใช้ทรัพยากรมาก ดังนั้นการศึกษานี้จึงประยุกต์ใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อลดข้อจำกัดดังกล่าว โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเฟซบุ๊กซึ่งได้รับความนิยมสูงสุดนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ร่วมกับการเรียนรู้แบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐาน ในการเรียนการสอนวิชาการพยาบาลบุคคลที่มีปัญหาทางจิต สำหรับนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ชั้นปีที่ 3 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีพะเยาและศึกษาผลของการจัดการเรียนรู้ต่อความรู้ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่ติดสุรา และการเรียนรู้ด้วยการชี้นำตนเอง รวมทั้งศึกษาการรับรู้ต่อการเรียนรู้แบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานเปรียบเทียบกับการเรียนแบบบรรยาย ผลการศึกษาพบว่าหลังการเรียนรู้แบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานโดยประยุกต์ใช้เฟซบุ๊ก ความรู้ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่ติดสุรา และการเรียนรู้ด้วยการชี้นำตนเองเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.01) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับก่อนสอน และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ต่อการเรียนรู้แบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานโดยประยุกต์ใช้เฟซบุ๊กกับการเรียนการสอนแบบบรรยาย พบว่านักศึกษามีการรับรู้ต่อการเรียนรู้แบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานโดยประยุกต์ใช้เฟซบุ๊กในทางบวกมากกว่าการเรียนการสอนแบบบรรยาย ผลการวิเคราะห์ความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาต่อการเรียนการสอนแบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานโดยประยุกต์ใช้เฟซบุ๊กโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา พบประเด็นหลักคือความน่าสนใจและความแปลกใหม่ของวิธีการสอนแบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานโดยประยุกต์ใช้เฟซบุ๊ก ความไม่มั่นใจในเนื้อหาที่ศึกษาด้วยตนเอง การบริหารเวลาและการสื่อสาร จะเห็นได้ว่าการเรียนรู้แบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานโดยประยุกต์ใช้เฟซบุ๊กเป็นการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพเหมาะสมกับบริบทที่จำนวนผู้สอนมีจำกัด อย่างไรก็ตามควรปรับปรุงการสื่อสารกับผู้เรียนและผู้สอนให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
