ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมองกับระดับความดันโลหิตเหมาะสมของผู้ป่วยความดันโลหิตสูงในเขตสุขภาพที่ 7

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวาง เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมองกับระดับความดันโลหิตเหมาะสมของผู้ป่วยความดันโลหิตสูง ระหว่างเดือนตุลาคม–ธันวาคม 2564 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยความดันโลหิตสูงในเขตสุขภาพที่7 จำนวน 258 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยเทคนิคการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม-แบ่งชั้นหลายขั้นตอนและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ข้อมูลทั่วไป ข้อมูลทางคลินิกและความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา, สถิติการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจีสติคและตัวแบบผสมเชิงเส้นวางนัยทั่วไป ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีระดับความดันโลหิตเหมาะสม ร้อยละ 40.32 และมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมองทั้ง 4 ทักษะได้แก่การเข้าถึงข้อมูล, ความเข้าใจ, การประเมินและการตัดสินใจปฏิบัติ อยู่ในระดับเป็นปัญหา ร้อยละ 51.45 โดยผู้ป่วยที่มีทักษะความเข้าใจระดับสูงมีโอกาสมีระดับความดันโลหิตเหมาะสมมากกว่าระดับต่ำ 3.81 เท่า (Adjusted OR = 4.20, 95% CI =2.34 to 7.53) และผู้ป่วยที่มีทักษะการตัดสินใจปฏิบัติระดับสูง) มีโอกาสมีระดับความดันโลหิตเหมาะสมมากกว่าระดับต่ำ 4.94 เท่า (Adjusted OR = 5.26, 95% CI =2.71 to 10.19) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จากผลการศึกษาบุคลากรด้านการสาธารณสุขจึงควรมีการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพด้านทักษะความเข้าใจและทักษะการตัดสินใจปฏิบัติ เพื่อป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในผู้ป่วยความดันโลหิตสูงต่อไป
