บทคัดย่อ
การดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองที่บ้าน เป็นหน้าที่ของญาติผู้ดูแลหลักที่ต้องดูแลผู้ป่วยอย่างต่อเนื่องทุกวัน จนเกิดผลกระทบต่อร่างกายและจิตใจแก่ญาติผู้ดูแลเป็นอย่างมาก วิจัยเชิงพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสิ้นหวังและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสิ้นหวังในญาติผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาคือ ญาติผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง จำนวน 85 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีเฉพาะเจาะจง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีสัมภาษณ์ ระหว่างเดือนพฤษภาคม 2566 – เมษายน 2567 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณา ไคสแควร์และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ญาติผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองส่วนใหญ่ มีความสิ้นหวังระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 58.8 และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสิ้นหวังในญาติผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองได้แก่ ความเครียด (r=.28, p<.01) ระยะเวลาที่ดูแลผู้ป่วย (r=-.23, p<.05) ความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง (r=-.27,p<.05) และการได้รับแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากครอบครัว (r=-.27, p<.05) ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะควรดูแลญาติผู้ดูแลโดยการให้คำปรึกษาและเสริมสร้างการมีคุณค่าในตนเองและการมีพลังอำนาจแห่งตน เพื่อช่วยป้องกันความสิ้นหวังที่จะเกิดในญาติผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในอนาคตต่อไป
