ผลของโปรแกรมสร้างเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมองซ้ำ ต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคและความดันโลหิตของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง

ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญในการสร้างเสริมให้ผู้ป่วยสามารถเข้าถึง เข้าใจ ไต่ถาม ตัดสินใจ และนำไปปฏิบัติได้อย่างเหมาะสม การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมสร้างเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมองซ้ำต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรค และความดันโลหิตของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยเพศชายและเพศหญิงซึ่งมีอายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป และได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่าเป็นโรคหลอดเลือดสมองครั้งแรก จำนวน 60 คน แบ่งออกเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 30 คน โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มอย่างง่ายร่วมกับการจับคู่ กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมเป็นเวลา 12 สัปดาห์ และกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมสร้างเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสองซ้ำ และเครื่องมือเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลซึ่งประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และแบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรค แบบสอบถามมีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (I-CVI) เท่ากับ .86–1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Cronbach’s alpha) เท่ากับ .93 และ.89 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติ t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคหลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลอง และสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ค่าความดันโลหิตลดลงต่ำกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ สรุปว่า โปรแกรมนี้มีประสิทธิผลในการส่งเสริมสุขภาพและสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางป้องกันโรคได้
