อิทธิพลของภาวะสุขภาพองค์รวม ภาระการดูแลและปัญหาอุปสรรคในการดูแล ต่อศักยภาพการดูแลของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขที่รับผิดชอบดูแล ผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยพรรณนาเชิงทำนาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอำนาจทำนายของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและภูมิหลัง ภาวะสุขภาพองค์รวม ภาระการดูแล และปัญหาอุปสรรคในการดูแลต่อศักยภาพการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขในเขตเทศบาลนครรังสิต อำเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 350 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถาม 4 ชุด ตรวจสอบค่าความตรงได้ 0.92,0.97,0.97,0.92 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา ครอนบาค 0.92, 0.91, 0.89, 0.93 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา สถิติสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สันและสถิติถดถอยพหุแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 87.71 อายุเฉลี่ย 60.81 ปี (SD = 8.76) ส่วนใหญ่มีฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจและระดับการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับต่ำ และมีปัจจัยเสี่ยงสุขภาพสูงร้อยละ 96.0 ภาวะสุขภาพองค์รวมระดับปานกลาง (Mean = 1.32, SD = 0.49) ศักยภาพการดูแลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean = 1.02, SD = 0.42) ภาระการดูแลอยู่ในระดับต่ำ (Mean = 0.78, SD = 0.58) ปัญหาอุปสรรคในการดูแลอยู่ในระดับต่ำ (Mean = 0.84, SD = 0.62) ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลทำนายศักยภาพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขคือ ปัญหาอุปสรรคในการดูแล ภาระการดูแล ระดับการศึกษา และภาวะสุขภาพองค์รวมโดยสามารถร่วมทำนายได้ ร้อยละ 12.8 ผลการศึกษาทำให้ได้ข้อมูลที่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจะนำไปใช้พัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองแก่อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขในชุมชนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมได้ต่อไป
