การกำหนดและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นด้านการดูแลที่เน้นผู้ป่วยและครอบครัวเป็นสำคัญของพยาบาลเด็กและครอบครัว
บทคัดย่อ
การดูแลที่เน้นผู้ป่วยและครอบครัวเป็นสำคัญ เป็นรูปแบบหนึ่งในการดูแลผู้ป่วยภายใต้หลักการสำคัญของการได้รับประโยชน์ร่วมกันของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อระบุความต้องการจำเป็นด้านการดูแลที่เน้นผู้ป่วยและครอบครัวเป็นสำคัญ และนำมาวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุของความต้องการจำเป็นด้านการดูแลที่เน้นผู้ป่วยและครอบครัวเป็นสำคัญ ตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยเด็กจำนวน 40 คน และครอบครัวผู้ป่วยจำนวน 44 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามความต้องการจำเป็นการดูแลที่เน้นผู้ป่วยและครอบครัวเป็นสำคัญและแนวคำถามในการจัดกระบวนการกลุ่มแบบเทคนิคสมมตินัย วิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นโดยการหาค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นแบบปรับปรุง และวิเคราะห์กระบวนการกลุ่มโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและสร้างแบบสรุปด้วยเทคนิคแผนภูมิก้างปลา
ผลการวิจัยในการระบุความต้องการจำเป็นพบว่า พยาบาลมีความต้องการจำเป็นในด้านการให้เกียรติและการเคารพมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและการร่วมมือกัน และด้านการสื่อสารและการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล ตามลำดับ ในส่วนของครอบครัวผู้ป่วย พบว่ามีความต้องการจำเป็นในด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและการร่วมมือกันมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือด้านการสื่อสารและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล และด้านการให้เกียรติและการเคารพตามลำดับ ส่วนสาเหตุความต้องการจำเป็นด้านการดูแลที่เน้นผู้ป่วยและครอบครัวเป็นสำคัญ คือ ด้านระบบการทำงาน ด้านพยาบาล และด้านครอบครัวผู้ป่วย ดังนั้นผู้บริหารหรือหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยควรส่งเสริมให้พยาบาลตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการให้ครอบครัวผู้ป่วยเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมให้การดูแลผู้ป่วยและหาแนวทางแก้ไขสาเหตุความต้องการจำเป็น อันจะก่อให้เกิดผลดีทั้งต่อผู้ป่วย ครอบครัว และบุคลากรสุขภาพต่อไป
