บทบาทพยาบาลจิตเวชกับการป้องกันการสื่อสารที่สร้างความเกลียดชัง

ปัจจุบันเป็นยุคที่เทคโนโลยีและอินเทอร์เน็ตเข้ามามีบทบาทและช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในการใช้ชีวิตมากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างกันผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ตในรูปแบบสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ทำให้ผู้คนติดต่อสื่อสารและรับรู้ข่าวสารกันได้อย่างรวดเร็วมากขึ้น การสื่อสารที่สร้างความเกลียดชังที่มีเจตนามุ่งโจมตีและแสดงความเกลียดชังต่อบุคคลหรือกลุ่มบุคคล ทั้งการแสดงออกทั้งต่อหน้าหรือรูปแบบออนไลน์ ส่งผลกระทบต่อเหยื่อผู้ถูกกระทำและผู้พบเห็นเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าว โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพจิตทั้งความหวาดกลัว ความวิตกกังวล ความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเองลดลง ภาวะซึมเศร้า และหากมีอาการในระดับรุนแรงอาจนำไปสู่การทำร้ายตนเองได้ ดังนั้นเมื่อบุคคลเผชิญกับสถานการณ์ที่สร้างความเกลียดชัง จึงควรมีวิธีการจัดการหรือรับมือกับสถานการณ์นั้น เพื่อให้สามารถผ่านการสื่อสารที่สร้างความเกลียดชังไปได้ บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอการสื่อสารที่สร้างความเกลียดชัง ทั้งความหมาย องค์ประกอบ วัตถุประสงค์ รูปแบบ ฐานอัตลักษณ์ ระดับความรุนแรง ผลกระทบ ปัญหาสุขภาพจิต และบทบาทพยาบาลจิตเวชในการป้องกันปัญหาสุขภาพจิตจากการสื่อสารที่สร้างความเกลียดชัง
