บทบาทของพยาบาลในภาวะฉุกเฉินจากภัยความขัดแย้ง กรณีความไม่สงบในบ้านเมือง

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอบทบาทของพยาบาลในภาวะฉุกเฉิน ตามกรอบสมรรถนะการพยาบาลสาธารณภัย ซึ่งสภาการพยาบาลประเทศไทยได้ยึดถือกรอบแนวคิดตามสภาการพยาบาลระหว่างประเทศ (international council of nurses) ประกอบด้วย การป้องกันและบรรเทาผลกระทบจากภัยพิบัติ การเตรียมพร้อมรับมือภัยพิบัติ การรับมือ/ตอบสนองขณะเกิดภัย และการฟื้นฟูสภาพของบุคคล ครอบครัวและชุมชน (ICN framework of disaster nursing competencies) รวมไปถึงการนำเสนอประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงานการพยาบาลในภาวะฉุกเฉินจากภัยความขัดแย้ง กรณีความไม่สงบในบ้านเมือง จังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร
การเตรียมความพร้อมรับภาวะฉุกเฉินจากภัยความขัดแย้ง กรณีความไม่สงบในบ้านเมือง เป็นสถานการณ์ที่ยากต่อการคาดการณ์ เพื่อการเตรียมพร้อมสำหรับในอนาคต พยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานสาธารณภัยจึงต้องมีการทบทวน เตรียมความพร้อมอยู่เสมอ เพื่อมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ มีความชัดเจนในบทบาทหน้าที่ ทราบขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน มีทักษะการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลที่ถูกต้อง จะนำไปสู่การจัดการอย่างทันต่อเหตุการณ์ ลดความสูญเสียและลดผลกระทบได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
