ความรู้ ความปวด กิจกรรมทางกาย และความพึงพอใจในการพยาบาลของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดซ่อมแซมเอ็นไขว้หน้าข้อเข่าฉีกขาดแบบไม่นอนค้างโรงพยาบาลภายหลังจำหน่าย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความรู้ ความปวด กิจกรรมทางกาย และความพึงพอใจในการพยาบาลของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดซ่อมแซมเอ็นไขว้หน้าข้อเข่าฉีกขาดแบบแบบไม่นอนค้างโรงพยาบาลที่เข้ารับการรักษาที่หอผู้ป่วยออร์โธปิดิกส์ โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด จำนวน 27 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม 5 ชุด ประกอบด้วยแบบวัดคะแนนความรู้ แบบประเมินความปวด แบบสอบถามกิจกรรมทางกาย และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยต่อบริการพยาบาลที่ได้รับ โดยเก็บข้อมูลหลังได้รับการผ่าตัดทันที หลังได้รับการผ่าตัด 2 สัปดาห์และ 4 สัปดาห์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยายและสถิติ The Freidman test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คะแนนความรู้ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง หลังผ่าตัดทันที สัปดาห์ที่ 2 และสัปดาห์ที่ 4 ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ คะแนนความปวดหลังผ่าตัดทันที สัปดาห์ที่ 2 และ 4 มีความแตกต่างกันทุกคู่อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.05) ค่าพลังงานที่ใช้ในกิจกรรมทางกายหลังผ่าตัดทันทีกับหลังผ่าตัดสัปดาห์ที่ 4 ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติและผู้ป่วยมีความพึงพอใจในการบริการพยาบาลที่ได้รับโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด ควรมีการติดตามผลอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลเพียงพอในการพัฒนางานวิจัยในขั้นทดลองต่อไป
