ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับกลุ่มอาการออฟฟิตซินโดรมกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันกลุ่มอาการออฟฟิตซินโดรม ของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน ในมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่ง

การวิจัยนี้เป็นเชิงพรรณนา เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันกลุ่มอาการออฟฟิตซินโดรม ในบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนในมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่งที่ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ จำนวน 296 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ตอบด้วยตนเอง 3 ส่วน คือ ข้อมูลทั่วไปของบุคลากร ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับกลุ่มอาการออฟฟิตซินโดรมโดยรวม ค่าความเชื่อมั่น .81 ส่วนพฤติกรรมการป้องกันกลุ่มอาการออฟฟิตซินโดรม ค่าความเชื่อมั่น .87 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงบรรยายและสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
ผลวิจัย ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพโดยรวม พบว่า ระดับปานกลาง 43.2 % รองลงมา คือระดับมาก 30.2% และระดับน้อย 26.4 % ส่วนพฤติกรรมการป้องกันกลุ่มอาการออฟฟิตซินโดรม อยู่ระดับปานกลาง 38.9% รองลงมา คือ ระดับน้อย 35.8% และ ระดับมาก 25.3% ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันกลุ่มอาการออฟฟิตซินโดรม (r = .455, p < .001) โดยพบความสัมพันธ์แต่ละองค์ประกอบ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันกลุ่มอาการออฟฟิตซินโดรม ดังนี้ การจัดการตนเอง (r=0.317, p < .001) ทักษะการสื่อสาร (r = 0.314, p < .001) การรู้เท่าทันสื่อ (r = 0.213, p < .05) และทักษะการตัดสินใจ (r = 0.169, p < .05)
