The ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุม โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ในจังหวัดปทุมธานี

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด-19 และหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเพศ ระดับการศึกษา ระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงานความรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันและควบคุมโรค การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรค การรับรู้สมรรถนะต่อการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรค แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม การรับรู้นโยบายการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรค กับพฤติกรรมการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด-19 โดยใช้แบบจำลอง PRECEDE-PROCEED เป็นแนวคิดในการเลือกสรรตัวแปร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) 4 ตำบล ในจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 116 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรคโควิด-19 การรับรู้สมรรถนะต่อการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด-19 แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม การรับรู้นโยบายการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด-19 และพฤติกรรมการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด-19 ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา เท่ากับ 0.82, 1, 1, 0.97 และ 1 ตามลำดับ และค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.74, 0.82, 0.84, 0.83 และ 0.90 ตามลำดับ และแบบสอบถามความรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด-19 ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา เท่ากับ 0.88 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น KR-20 เท่ากับ 0.75 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติสหสัมพันธ์พอยท์ไบซีเรียลและสหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พฤติกรรมการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรค มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean = 26.72, SD = 4.50) และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรค ได้แก่ ระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงาน (rs = .257, p < .01) การรับรู้สมรรถนะต่อการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรค (rs = .580, p < .01) การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรค (rs = .455, p < .01) การรับรู้นโยบายการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรค (rs = .709, p < .01) และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม เป็นการสนับสนุนด้านอารมณ์ด้านการประเมินค่า ด้านข้อมูล และด้านทรัพยากร (rs = .587, p < .01)
สรุปพยาบาลชุมชน สามารถนำปัจจัยการรับรู้สมรรถนะต่อการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคการรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรค การรับรู้นโยบายการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรค และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมไปพัฒนาเป็นโปรแกรมเพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด-19 ของ อสม.
