ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนกับทักษะในการปฐมพยาบาลเด็กเบื้องต้นและการช่วยชีวิตขั้นพื้นฐานของครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความรู้ การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน และทักษะในการปฐมพยาบาลเด็กเบื้องต้นและการช่วยชีวิตขั้นพื้นฐานของครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก และ 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้และการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนกับทักษะในการปฐมพยาบาลเด็กเบื้องต้นและการช่วยชีวิตขั้นพื้นฐานของครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูผู้ดูแลเด็กในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง จำนวน 85 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือวิจัยที่ใช้ทั้งหมดได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพด้านความตรงจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 6 ท่าน คือ 1) แบบประเมินความรู้ในการปฐมพยาบาลเด็กเบื้องต้นและการช่วยชีวิตขั้นพื้นฐาน มีค่าดัชนีความตรงของเนื้อหา เท่ากับ 0.8 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น KR-20 เท่ากับ 0.79 2) แบบประเมินการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนในการปฐมพยาบาลเด็กเบื้องต้นและการช่วยชีวิตขั้นพื้นฐาน และ 3) แบบประเมินทักษะในการปฐมพยาบาลเด็กเบื้องต้นและการช่วยชีวิตขั้นพื้นฐาน มีค่าดัชนีความตรงของเนื้อหา เท่ากับ 1.0 และ 1.0 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.90 และ 0.83 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติสหสัมพันธ์แบบสเปียร์แมน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คะแนนความรู้ในการปฐมพยาบาลเด็กเบื้องต้นและการช่วยชีวิตขั้นพื้นฐานของครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับต่ำ (𝑥̅ = 4.71, S.D. = 1.65) คะแนนการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนในการปฐมพยาบาลเด็กเบื้องต้นและการช่วยชีวิตขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับต่ำ (𝑥̅ = 15.07, S.D. = 9.18) และคะแนนทักษะในการปฐมพยาบาลเด็กเบื้องต้นและการช่วยชีวิตขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับต่ำ (𝑥̅ = 7.24, S.D. = 3.28) 2) ความรู้มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับต่ำกับทักษะในการปฐมพยาบาลเด็กเบื้องต้นและการช่วยชีวิตขั้นพื้นฐาน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (rs = .23, p < .05) และการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับทักษะในการปฐมพยาบาลเด็กเบื้องต้นและการช่วยชีวิตขั้นพื้นฐาน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (rs = .49, p < .001) ผลการศึกษานี้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการส่งเสริมความรู้ การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน และทักษะในการปฐมพยาบาลเด็กเบื้องต้นและการช่วยชีวิตขั้นพื้นฐานของครูผู้ดูแลเด็กต่อไป
