การแปลและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบประเมินภาวะการทำหน้าที่ของปอดฉบับย่อ

ผู้ที่เป็นโรคปอด โดยเฉพาะโรคปอดอุดกั้นเรื้อรังที่อาการกำเริบเฉียบพลัน มีผลต่อภาวะการทำหน้าที่ ทำกิจกรรมทางกายลดลง และอารมณ์เปลี่ยนแปลง ปัจจุบันยังไม่มีแบบประเมินภาวะการทำหน้าที่ด้านร่างกายและอารมณ์ฉบับภาษาไทย อาจส่งผลให้ปัญหาดังกล่าวยังไม่ได้รับการประเมินและแก้ไขอย่างเหมาะสม การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแปลและตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา รวมทั้งความเที่ยงของแบบประเมินภาวการณ์ทำหน้าที่ของปอดฉบับย่อ จำนวน 11 ข้อ ดำเนินการศึกษา 2 ระยะ ระยะแรก คือ การแปลเริ่มจากภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาไทย และแปลกลับเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ โดยผู้แปลอาชีพจากสถาบันภาษา ฉบับแปลย้อนกลับได้รับการตรวจสอบโดยเจ้าของต้นฉบับ ฉบับภาษาไทยได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 ท่าน และระยะที่สอง คือ การขอจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์เพื่อทดสอบความเที่ยงกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นโรคปอดอุดกั้นเรื้อรังที่มีอาการกำเริบเฉียบพลันในช่วง 6 เดือนที่ผ่านมา จำนวน 30 คน ณ แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่ง จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ในเดือนมีนาคม 2568 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ฉบับแปลย้อนกลับมีเนื้อหาเทียบเท่าต้นฉบับ ฉบับภาษาไทยมีดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา 0.94 แสดงว่าเนื้อหาตรงตามคำนิยาม และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.97 แสดงถึงความสอดคล้องกันของข้อคำถามอยู่ในระดับดีมาก สรุปได้ว่าแบบประเมินฉบับภาษาไทยมีคุณภาพดี เหมาะสำหรับใช้ประเมินภาวะการทำหน้าที่ของปอดในผู้ป่วยโรคปอดอุดกั้นเรื้อรังที่อาการกำเริบเฉียบพลัน
