Pigmented Villonodular Synovitis of Ipsilateral Distal Forearm. Wrist and Hand: A case report in Lampang Hospital

Pigmented villonodular synovitis is an uncommon discase and beingn but is a potenitially local aggressive discase. The disease was first described by Jaffe et al. as a distinct entity in 1941. The knee is the nost frequently involved site, followed by the hip, wrist, ankle, joint of the hand and fee, and shoulder. A case of pigmented villondular synovitis invoved the ipsilateral distal foream, wrist and hand presented with a painful soft tussue mass at right distal foream and wrist. He received treatment from surgical exploration and complete excision and became normal function of the use of the forearm.
