Systems promotion and HIV/AIDS Care to antiretroviral drug adherence drug adherence in Provincial Hospital and District Hospital at Nan Province

Abstract

         about the systems promotion and care HIV/AIDS to adherence antiretroviral (ARV) drugs. Collected data from the main nurse of ARV clinic in district hospital and provincial hospital at Nan province. Results were different on staffs and laboratory blood test. The provincial hospital have staff on ARV clinic more than district hospital 2 ash. The provincial hospital have facility blood test more than district hospital. Step systems ARV clinic services in provincial hospital was se-mi one stop service, District hospital were one stop service who discloser status and se-mi one stop service who closer status. Staff of ARV clinic services were doctor, nurse, pharmacist, technical of medical laboratory, technician of Public health worker and HIV/AIDS patient group. Nurse in ARV clinic service were counselor. Total of HIV/AIDS patients in provincial hospital were more than district hospital 15 ash. The whole of HIV/AIDS patients had to investigated and follow blood test for access to ARV care. Nurse responsibility key data on internet system everyday. The activities to

promoted good adherence in provincial hospital and district hospital were counseling, gave phone number contact counselor. Provincial hospital supported ARV pill box. District hospital had activity focus group and phone to follow patient who loss follow up. Adherence ARV drugs service in provincial hospital were 80% and district hospital were 85%
