Development of heart disease service model at Health Promoting Hospital in Sub-district level, Chiang Rai Province, a fiscal year 2016.

Abstract

The aims of study to evaluate and develop of heart disease service model Health Promoting Hospital in Sub-district level, Chiang Rai Province, a fiscal year2016 that we focus on public health staffs of health promoting hospitals. They have improved on health care services and standard guideline of heart disease. The mix method was used in this study. The populations were 216 included nurse or health staff. The questionnaires were collected the data and group discussion was used to evaluate of this model. The statistical used percentage, frequency, means, standard deviation, and repeated measurement Anova. Result: majority of these were female withaverageage40yearsold.Theygraduated from bachelor degree with the average of their experience 18 years. They were a registered nurse with 77.8% passed community nurse practitioner courses with nurse positionaverage8 years. We found that the public health staffs with difference their experience were not related to improving the knowledge of caring heart disease patients. The public health staffs with difference their experience were not related to increase the process caring for heart disease patients. The result of focus group discussion, that they develop the guideline primary care, treatment and referral system heart disease for health promoting hospitals by service plan guideline. The community hospital staffs were support to nurse or health staff, who worked at health promoting hospitals. Conclusion: The developing model of heart disease service plan in Sub-District Health Promoting Hospital that used the standard operating procedures of the public health staffs. This benefit of reducing the mortality rate and cost for treatment of heart disease. However, they will develop the local policy or national policy of heart disease service plan that led to improve the medical standard care and treatment.
