Sesult of Analyzing and Health Problem of Priority Setting from Evidence-based in Phayao Province

Abstract

           The objectives of this stud ere to analyzed and make and order o health problems of Phayao Province. The data were analyzed by using data base of size and crisis level of health problems that consideration from morbidity rate, mortality rate, impact of caring, year of life lost and relative weight.

          The result found that highest of mortality rate was CA liver and cholangiocarcinoma(27.95/100,000). Sepsis (23.63/100,000) and HIV/AIDS(22.20/100,000), COP(406.9/100,000) and Diabetes (315.1/100,000). The second was sick from Chronic Obstruct Pulmonary disease (dead rate=406.9) and diabetes (dead rate =315.1). from the calculating of Diagnosis related group: DRG found highest Relative Weight was high pretension RW=3237,40,COPD RW=2726.10 and Diabetes R1768.58 While he disease of year of life lost was HIV/AIDS, ans accident and CA liver and gallbladder From the study found highest health problems of Phayo province was HIV/AIDS, an accident and high pretension, (su13). The second problem was COPD (sum=12). And the third problem was CA liver and gallbladder and diabetes (sum=11) From the result of study make health staffs to know about important and crisis situation of health problems of Phayao prbince. As a result should be continue of making plan and monitoring of the system develop to solving problems. It is vital to treat people to prevent illness. There should lead the people having good health and improving their quality of life as well.
