An effectivenessEvaluation of the Project on Development in Family Health LeaderofKalasinProvice (FHL) A case study at Kaovong-Naku District,KalasinProvice, 2011

Abstract

objective : This study were 1) to study the opinion knowledge and understanding of family health leaders (FHL) who have been trained by FHL development project and the opinion to the development project of FHL in Kalasin Provice, 2) to study the household agent opinion of FHL working and 3) to study the administrator of health promoting hospital opinion of the environment and management factor of FHL development project.

Method : This study was a survey study. The samples was random by simple sampling technique consist of 1) 108 FHLs 2) 264 household agent 3) the 11 administrators of health promoting hospital. Questionnaire was the study tool. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistic, Independent t-test andF-test.

Result : This study found, 1) the opinion level of FHL tothe project process was in high level (4.20 S.D.= 0.70), to the course contentwas in high level ( = 3.94 S.D.= 1.05). The FHL recognition and the practice of self-care in the aspect of the good health behavior was in high level (= 4.00 S.D.=0.86).  The different of gender, age, education level and occupation were not different of the FHLs opinionto the project process, project content and the self-care practice. 2) The household agent opinion to the FHLs working was in high level = 4.02 S.D. = 0.80). The different ofgender, age, education level and occupation of the household agent were not different of their opinion. 3) The health promoting hospital administrator to the project management was in high level (= 3.59 S.D.=0.82), in the environment and management aspect was in high level (= 3.57 S.D. = 0.81), the process appropriate aspect ( = 3.64 S.D. = 0.82), the adequacy and preparedness of responsible for project aspect was in the middle level ( = 3.31 S.D. = 0.68) and the inputs of project management, the value of budget aspect was in high level (= 3.62 S.D. = 0.81).
