ความสามารถในการวินิจฉัยภาวะติดเชื้อในกระแสเลือดด้วยคะแนน qSOFA และ SOS ในโรงพยาบาลอุดรธานี

วัตถุประสงค์ : ศึกษาความสามารถในการวินิจฉัยภาวะ sepsis ของ quick Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (qSOFA) score และ Search Out Severity (SOS) score ในโรงพยาบาลอุดรธานี
รูปแบบและวิธีวิจัย : เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์ เก็บรายละเอียดจากการทบทวนข้อมูลเวชระเบียนผู้ป่วยที่สงสัยภาวะติดเชื้อในกระแสเลือดจำนวน 232 รายที่แผนกฉุกเฉินโรงพยาบาลอุดรธานี
ผลการศึกษา : ค่าความไวและค่าความจำเพาะในการวินิจฉัยภาวะติดเชื้อในกระแสเลือดด้วยคะแนน qSOFA อยู่ที่ 44.23% และ 92.19% ตามลำดับ, และของคะแนน SOS อยู่ที่ 57.69% และ 87.50% ตามลำดับ, ค่าความแม่นยำในการวินิจฉัยภาวะติดเชื้อในกระแสเลือดด้วยคะแนน qSOFA และ SOS อยู่ที่ 70.69% และ 74.14% ตามลำดับ
สรุปผลการศึกษา : qSOFA score และ SOS score เป็นเครื่องมือที่ช่วยให้วินิจฉัยภาวะติดเชื้อในกระแสเลือดได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและรวดเร็ว
