This cross-sectional descriptive research aimed to study the environmental health management of one Khon Kaen college cafeteria. The study was divided into three parts involving the environmental health management, an assessment of public toilets within the cafeteria and a comparison of satisfaction before and after providing cafeteria services in Khon Kaen province. The period of the study started from 15 January 2020 to 15 March 2020. The results of the assessment of sanitary requirements in the topic of vinegar containers showed that the containers of fish sauce and dipping sauce must be made of white porcelain glass with lid and white porcelain or stainless-steel scoop for other condiments. Moreover, they must be placed in containers with cover that were easy to clean. Food stores did not pass the score of 70 percent according to the evaluation criteria. In relation to an assessment of toilets to meet standards, having a flat sofa to sit for the elderly, pregnant woman disabled persons and general people there was at least one that did not pass the score of 100 percent. The results also indicated statistically significant differences of the satisfaction of personnel and students before and after using the cafeteria services (p-value <0.001). The cafeteria may be renovated by changing the containers for condiments and building the toilets for all people to improve the cafeteria services.
