Modified Ivory matrix retainer for proximal restoration with direct resin composite

For proximal resin composite restoration without food impaction, the restoration must be normal contour and do not open contact. This article suggests the technique of modified ivory matrix retainer for proximal restoration with direct resin composite including methods, indications and clinical considerations in using this technique.
