A model of cooperation between subdistrict administration organization with Sirindhorn College of Public Health, Praboromarajchanok Institute, Ministry of Public Health, to produce manpower for community health

The purposes of this research were to determine: 1) the factors of cooperation between subdistrict administration organization with Sirindhorn College of Public Health, Praboromarajchanok Institute, Ministry of Public Health, to produce manpower for community health 2) a model of cooperation and 3) to confirm the model by experts. The sample size was determined by group matching, that were 7 Sirindhorn College of Public Health and 28 subdistrict administration organizations . The respondents were 112 pairs of staff of Sirindhorn College of Public Health and subdistrict administrations with the total of 224 persons. The instruments for data collection were the questionnaires, structural interview and the checklist form. The statistics used for data analyses were percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis, content analysis and path analysis.
The findings of this research were as follows:
- The factor of cooperation between subdistrict administration organization with Sirindhorn
College of Public Health, Praboromarajchanok Institute, Ministry of Public Heath to produce manpower for community health consisted of six factors which were 1) roles 2) working environment of trust 3) teamwork 4) team structure 5) operations and 6) resources and people allocation to work.
- A model of cooperation between subdistrict administration organization with Sirindhorn
College of Public Health, Praboromarajchanok Institute, Ministry of Public Heath to produce manpower for community health had 3 ways with regard to relationships of six components for accordance with the conceptual framework and the theory.
- To confirmation the model of cooperation between subdistrict administration organization
with Sirindhorn College of Public Health, Praboromarajchanok Institute, Ministry of Public Heath to produce manpower for community health by experts were found appropriate, correct, possible, useful.
