กระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบ : มุมมองใหม่ของระบบสุขภาพไทย

บทคัดย่อ :
การคิดเชิงออกแบบ หมายถึงกระบวนการแก้ปัญหาเชิงสร้างสรรค์โดยเน้นมนุษย์
เป็นศูนย์กลาง นำสู่การสร้างนวัตกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบที่ใช้จินตนาการหลากหลายจาก
กลุ่มคนต่างสาขา ต้นแบบของนวัตกรรมที่สร้างขึ้นจะถูกนำไปทดสอบอย่างรวดเร็วเพื่อนำ
ผลลัพธ์ไปปรับแก้จนกระทั่งได้นวัตกรรมที่สมบูรณ์ บทความมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอ
ขั้นตอนของกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบของ ดี สกูล (D.school ) ประกอบด้วย 5 ขั้นตอน
คือ 1.การทำความเข้าใจเชิงลึก 2.การตีความปัญหา 3.การระดมจินตนาการแบบไร้ขีด
จำกัด 4.การพัฒนาต้นแบบ 5.การทดสอบต้นแบบ สำหรับการคิดเชิงออกแบบในระบบ
บริการสุขภาพ คือการคิดในสิ่งใหม่ๆที่จะทำให้เกิดวิธีการ กระบวนการหรือสิ่งประดิษฐ์ที่
สามารถตอบสนองต่อความต้องการ ความหวัง และแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับผู้ป่วย ผู้ดูแล
และบุคลากรสุขภาพ รวมทั้งนำไปสู่การวางแผนเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบใหม่ๆในการบริการ
ด้านสุขภาพ พยาบาลสามารถใช้แนวคิดเชิงออกแบบ เพื่อการแก้ไขปัญหาทางคลินิก
อย่างเป็นระบบ และออกแบบระบบบริการพยาบาลให้ตอบสนองกับความต้องการของ
ผู้ป่วยอย่างแท้จริง
