บทความวิชาการนี้นำเสนอความก้าวหน้าของนวัตกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพในยุคไทยแลนด์ 4.0 ตามนโยบายของรัฐบาลปัจจุบันที่เริ่มตั้งแต่ ปี พ.ศ. 2560-2579 เพื่อเป็นการสนองตอบนโยบายดังกล่าว องค์กรที่ให้บริการด้านสุขภาพได้มีการปรับตัวและพัฒนางานบริการ โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพ ลดรอยต่อในระบบบริการสุขภาพ เพิ่มการเข้าถึงบริการและเสริมสร้างความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการ บุคลากรด้านสุขภาพได้เริ่มมีการนำนวัตกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพมาใช้ในการให้บริการ เพื่อที่จะทำให้ประชาชนมีความรู้และเพิ่มความสามารถในการดูแลตนเอง ลดการใช้ทรัพยากรสุขภาพ ตลอดจนลดจำนวนของผู้ป่วยในสถานบริการด้านสุขภาพ บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับความก้าวหน้าของนวัตกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพในยุคไทยแลนด์ 4.0 และสามารถนำความรู้ดังกล่าวไปใช้ในการเตรียมพร้อมรับการเปลี่ยนจากผู้ที่ใช้ทักษะในการทำงานให้เป็นผู้ที่ใช้ความรู้ในการทำงาน เพื่อที่จะตอบสนองความต้องการและความคาดหวังของประชาชนและสังคม เนื้อหาของบทความครอบคลุมความก้าวหน้าของนวัตกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพประชาชนในยุคไทยแลนด์ 4.0 การพัฒนาสมรรถนะของพยาบาลในยุคไทยแลนด์ 4.0 และการน้อมนำปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาใช้เป็นหลักคิดหรือแนวทางในการดำรงชีวิตอยู่ในสังคมไทยแลนด์ 4.0 ได้อย่างมีความสุข
