บทคัดย่อ:
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้วิดีทัศน์การสอนเรื่อง กระบวนการเยี่ยมบ้านในการให้บริการอนามัยครอบครัวต่อความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ประสิทธิภาพของวิดีทัศน์การสอนความรู้ และความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาพยาบาล
การออกแบบวิจัย: เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา (Developmental Research)
การดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 4 ปีการศึกษา 2562 คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 80 ราย ที่ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย วิดีทัศน์การสอน แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ แบบ
ทดสอบความรู้ และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติทดสอบที
ผลการวิจัย: 1) ความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญต่อวิดีทัศน์การสอนในภาพรวมเห็นด้วยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ประสิทธิภาพของวิดีทัศน์การสอน (E1/E2) เท่ากับ 73.82/89.78 ซึ่งE1() ต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐานและ E2() สูงกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 75/75 ที่กำาหนดไว้ 3) คะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้ของนักศึกษาภายหลังได้รับการสอนโดยใช้วิดีทัศน์สูงกว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนได้รับการสอน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ (p < .001) และ 4) ความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาต่อวิดีทัศน์การสอนในภาพรวมพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก
ข้อเสนอแนะ: ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ แสดงให้เห็นว่าวิดีทัศน์การสอนเรื่อง กระบวนการเยี่ยมบ้านในการให้บริการอนามัยครอบครัว ทำให้เกิดประสิทธิผลในด้านความรู้ และนักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจในการใช้งาน ซึ่งผู้สอนและผู้ที่สนใจสามารถนำวิดีทัศน์การสอนนี้ ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการ
จัดการเรียนการสอนในหัวข้อ การให้บริการอนามัยครอบครัวโดยการเยี่ยมบ้าน เพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้แก่นักศึกษา พยาบาล และบุคลากรทีมสุขภาพ
