ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของหญิงตั้งครรภ์แรงงานข้ามชาติในเขตจังหวัดชลบุรี

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ และปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของหญิงตั้งครรภ์แรงงานข้ามชาติในเขตจังหวัดชลบุรี
การออกแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย
การดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นหญิงตั้งครรภ์แรงงานข้ามชาติ 3 สัญชาติ ได้แก่ กัมพูชา พม่า และลาว ที่มารับบริการฝากครรภ์ โรงพยาบาลของรัฐบาล ในเขตจังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 197 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลตั้งแต่เดือนสิงหาคมถึงตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2562 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ แบบสอบถามความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับ การตั้งครรภ์ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ แบบสอบถามการเข้าถึงระบบบริการสุขภาพ และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M = 95.30, SD = 13.80) ปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของหญิงตั้งครรภ์แรงงานข้ามชาติ ได้แก่ ความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับการตั้งครรภ์ และการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมสุขภาพระหว่างตั้งครรภ์ โดยสามารถร่วมทำนายพฤติกรรมสุขภาพได้ร้อยละ 61 (p < .05)
ข้อเสนอแนะ: พยาบาลและบุคลากรทางสุขภาพควรประเมินความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับการตั้งครรภ์และการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมสุขภาพระหว่างตั้งครรภ์ รวมทั้งพัฒนาโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับการตั้งครรภ์และการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมสุขภาพระหว่างตั้งครรภ์ที่ถูกต้อง อันจะส่งผลให้หญิงตั้งครรภ์แรงงานข้ามชาติมีพฤติกรรมสุขภาพที่ดีต่อไป
