บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: พัฒนาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญ ด้านการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคติดต่ออุบัติใหม่
การออกแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาโดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย
การดำเนินการวิจัย: ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านโรคติดเชื้อทั้งหมดจำนวน 21 คน ประกอบด้วย แพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญโรคติดเชื้อ 4 คน อาจารย์พยาบาลผู้สอนหรือผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตร ในการสอนโรคติดเชื้อ 5 คน พยาบาลป้องกันและควบคุมการติดเชื้อ 6 คน และ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ
หัวหน้าหน่วยงานควบคุมและป้องกันการติดเชื้อในโรงพยาบาล 6 คน ดำเนินการวิจัยระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคม 2561 ถึงเดือนกรกฎาคม 2562 วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยมีทั้งหมด 3 รอบคือ รอบที่ 1สัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพด้านการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคติดต่ออุบัติใหม่ รอบที่ 2 นำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์มาวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาร่วมกับการทบทวนวรรณกรรมแล้วนำมาสร้างแบบสอบถามให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระดับความสำคัญของข้อคำถามแต่ละข้อ รอบที่ 3 นำข้อมูลที่ได้จากคำถามรอบที่ 2 มาคำนวณค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ และส่งแบบสอบถามให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญยืนยันคำตอบ หลังจากนั้นนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาคำนวณค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ เพื่อสรุปผลการวิจัยโดยพิจารณาคัดเลือกจากองค์ประกอบของสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคติดต่ออุบัติใหม่ที่มีค่ามัธยฐานมากกว่า 3.5 และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ที่มีค่าน้อยกว่า 1.5
ผลการศึกษา: พบว่าสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพด้านการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคติดต่ออุบัติใหม่ ประกอบด้วย สมรรถนะ 7 ด้าน 48 สมรรถนะย่อย ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการคัดกรอง 3 สมรรถนะ 2) ด้านการป้องกันและควบคุมและเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อ 15 สมรรถนะ 3) ด้านการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยและ
ครอบครัว 11 สมรรถนะ 4) ด้านวุฒิภาวะทางอารมณ์ 5 สมรรถนะ 5) ด้านจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ 3 สมรรถนะ 6 ) ด้านทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงานและการบริหารจัดการ 7 สมรรถนะ และ 7) ด้านการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง 4 สมรรถนะ
ข้อเสนอแนะ: พยาบาลสามารถนำผลการวิจัยไปเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาตนเองให้มี สมรรถนะในการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคติดต่ออุบัติใหม่ในโรงพยาบาลตั้งแต่การพยาบาลก่อนถึงโรงพยาบาล แผนกคัดกรอง แผนกอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน และหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤติ และสามารถนำผลลัพธ์ไป
พัฒนาเป็นเครื่องมือแบบประเมินสำหรับพยาบาลที่ดูแลผู้ป่วยกลุ่มนี้
