บทคัดย่อ:
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อพัฒนาและศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการใช้โปรแกรมส่งเสริมการดูแลตนเองด้านการยศาสตร์สำหรับผู้ประกอบการค้าสูงอายุ
การออกแบบวิจัย: การวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: การพัฒนาโปรแกรม แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ระยะที่1 การพัฒนาโปรแกรมประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ (1) การวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ปัญหาความเจ็บป่วยที่เกิดจากการทำงานของผู้ประกอบการค้าสูงอายุ และองค์ความรู้ที่มีอยู่ (2) การสืบค้นและประเมินคุณค่าของ
หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ และ (3) การออกแบบชุดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการดูแลตนเองด้านการยศาสตร์โดยนำองค์ความรู้จากการสังเคราะห์หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์มาบูรณาการในกระบวนการส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติในการดูแลตนเองและแนวทางการจัดการความเสี่ยง ระยะที่ 2 การตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติของโปรแกรม ประกอบด้วย การตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา และความเป็นไปได้ในการนำใช้
ผลการวิจัย: โปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมการดูแลตนเองที่จำเป็น ได้แก่ การจัดการท่าทางและสิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงานที่เหมาะสม รวมทั้งการออกกำลังกายเพื่อเสริมสร้างความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อที่ ดำเนินการแบบมีส่วนร่วมทั้งในระดับบุคคลและกลุ่มเป็นระยะเวลา
8 สัปดาห์ ประกอบด้วย 7 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ (1) การระบุปัจจัยเสี่ยงในการทำงาน (2) การให้ความรู้พื้นฐานเรื่องโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมและปวดหลังส่วนล่างในผู้สูงอายุ การปรับท่าทางและการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงานที่เหมาะสมเพื่อชะลอความรุนแรงของโรค (3) การจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความเสี่ยง (4) การออกแบบวิธีการจัดการการยศาสตร์ (5) การกำหนดเป้าหมายและแผนการดูแลตนเอง (6) การลงมือปฏิบัติ และ (7) การติดตามเยี่ยมที่สถานประกอบการ ผลการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา พบว่า โปรแกรมมีความสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ และกรอบแนวคิดการวิจัย ในด้านความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้ พบว่า แนวทางการดูแลตนเองด้านการยศาสตร์ และรูปแบบการให้ความรู้เหมาะสมในการนำไปใช้ในบริบทของผู้ประกอบการค้าสูงอายุ อย่างไรก็ตามการใช้สื่อเรื่องการออกกำลังกายมีความเข้าใจยาก จึงได้ปรับปรุงให้เข้าใจง่ายขึ้น
ข้อเสนอแนะ: ควรศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรมในกลุ่มประชากรเป้าหมายเพื่อประเมินการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผลลัพธ์ด้านสุขภาพในด้านการดูแลตนเอง ความปวด และความรุนแรงของโรคต่อไป
