ภาระการเลี้ยงหลานของผู้สูงอายุในครอบครัวข้ามรุ่น

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์ชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุที่เลี้ยงหลานในครอบครัวข้ามรุ่น
การออกแบบวิจัย: ปรากฏการณ์วิทยาเชิงตีความ (Interpretive phenomenology) การดำเนินการวิจัย: เลือกกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักแบบเจาะจง เป็นผู้สูงอายุที่เลี้ยงหลานในครอบครัวข้ามรุ่นตามเกณฑ์การคัดเข้า ในพื้นที 3 อำเภอของจังหวัดนครราชสีมา เก็บข้อมูลเป็นเวลา 8 เดือน ตั้งแต่เดือนกุมภาพันธ์ ถึง เดือนกันยายน พ.ศ 2562 โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก สังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม และบันทึกภาคสนาม ในผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจำนวน 40 คน จากนัันวิเคราะหข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยวิธีการของไดเคลแมน และอัลเลน 7 ขั้นตอน หลังจากนั้นตรวจสอบความเชื่อถือได้ของข้อมูล
ผลการศึกษา: ได้แก่นความคิดหลัก 8 แก่น ได้แก่ 1) ปากกัดตีนถีบ 2) หัวไมวางหางไม่เว้น 3) อดตาหลับขับตานอน 4) ฝืนสังขาร 5) สุขภาพทรุดโทรม 6) เมื่อหลานป่วยป่วยยิ่งกว่าหลาน 7) เครียดสะสมจนซึมเศร้า 8) เลี้ยงไม่จบไม่สิ้น โดยผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่ประสบกับความยากลำาบากทั้งภาวะสุขภาพกายและจิตใจ จากการรับภาระที่หลากหลายและหนักหน่วงในการเลี้ยงหลาน แต่ผู้ส้งอายุพยายามที่จะดำรงบทบาทของครอบครัวไว้ด้วยความรักที่มีต่อบุตรหลาน
ข้อเสนอแนะ: ควรให้การพยาบาลเชิงรุกโดยการลงพื้นทีเยี่ยมบ้านเพื่อประเมินภาวะสุขภาพด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ และให้การดูแลในผู้ส้งอายุที่เลี้ยงหลานในครอบครัวข้ามรุ่น
