วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาอำนาจการทำานายปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความเครียดจากกิจกรรมการดูแลของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุติดเตียงที่บ้าน
การออกแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยเชิงทำานาย
การดำเนินการวิจัย: คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เป็นญาติผู้ดูแล อายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป
ทำาหน้าที่เป็นผู้ดูแลหลักในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุติดเตียงที่บ้าน จำนวน 117 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนมิถุนายน ถึง ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2562 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบสอบถามการรบรู้ภาวะสุขภาพโดยรวม แบบประเมินความพร้อมของญาติผู้ดูแล แบบประเมินความสัมพันธ์ต่างเกื้อกูล แบบประเมินแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแบบประเมินความเครียดจากกิจกรรมการดูแล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย การหาค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์ของสเปียร์แมน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัย: อายุ ความเพียงพอของรายได้ ความพร้อมของญาติผู้ดูแล ภาวะสุขภาพของญาติผู้ดูแล ความสัมพันธ์ต่างเกื้อกูล และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมสามารถร่วมกันทำานายความเครียดจากกิจกรรมการดูแลของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุติดเตียงได้ร้อยละ 31.9 (R2 = .319, F = 8.574, p < .05 ) โดยพบว่าภาวะสุขภาพของญาติผู้ดูแลมีอำานาจการทำานายสูงสุด (Beta = -.285, p = .001) รองลงมา คือความพร้อมของญาติผู้ดูแล (Beta = -.254, p = .002) อายุ (Beta = .220, p = .008) และความเพียงพอของรายได้ (Beta = -.214, p = .014) ตามลำดับอย่างไรกต็ามความสัมพันธ์ต่างเกื้อกูล และแรงสนบสนุนทางสังคม ไม่สามารถทำานายความเครียดจากกิจกรรมการดูแลของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุติดเตียงได้
ข้อเสนอแนะ: ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เพื่อให้ทีมสุขภาพสามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการส่งเสริมภาวะสุขภาพและความพร้อมของญาติผู้ดูแลเพื่อลดความเครียดจากกิจกรรมการดูแลของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุติดเตียง และสามารถดูแลผู้สูงอายุระยะยาวที่บ้านได้
