วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาค่าร้อยละการเกิดและปัจจัยเสี่ยงต่อพฤติกรรมทำร้ายตนเองแบบไม่เจตนาให้เสียชีวิตในช่วง 2 สัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมาของนักศึกษาพยาบาลระดับปริญญาตรี ปีการศึกษา 2563
การออกแบบการวิจัย: การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบตัดขวาง
วิธีดำเนินงานวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษาพยาบาลระดับปริญญาตรีจำนวน 133 คนคัดเลือกด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตามความสะดวก เครื่องมือที่ใช้วิจัยได้แก่ 1) แบบประเมินภาวะซึมเศร้าฉบับภาษาไทย 2) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมทำร้ายตนเองแบบไม่เจตนาให้เสียชีวิต และ 3) แบบสอบถามเหตุการณ์สำคัญในชีวิต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย และหาปัจจัยเสี่ยงด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุแบบลอจิสติกโดยนำตัวแปรเข้าแบบ enter method
ผลการวิจัย: พฤติกรรมทำร้ายตนเองแบบไม่เจตนาให้เสียชีวิตในนักศึกษาพยาบาลในช่วง 2 สัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมาอยู่ที่ร้อยละ 36.1 รูปแบบ พฤติกรรมทำร้ายตนเอง ที่พบความถี่มากที่สุดคือ มีพฤติกรรมจงใจ ทำให้ตนเองตกอยู่ในความสัมพันธ์ที่ถูกปฏิเสธปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับ พฤติกรรมทำร้ายตนเองแบบไม่เจตนาให้เสียชีวิตในนักศึกษาอย่างมีนัย สำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ประวัติดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ถูกตำหนิหรือใช้ คำพูดดูถูกจากพ่อแม่ กังวลต่อการฝึกปฏิบัติ สูญเสียบุคคล สัตว์ หรือ สิ่งของอันเป็นที่รัก และภาวะซึมเศร้า แต่มีเพียงภาวะซึมเศร้าเท่านั้นที่เป็นปัจจัยเสี่ยงต่อพฤติกรรมทำร้ายตนเองแบบไม่เจตนาให้เสียชีวิตในช่วง 2 สัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา (OR=2.57, 95%CI=1.05-6.29)
ข้อเสนอแนะ: การเฝ้าระวังและคัดกรองพฤติกรรมทำร้ายตนเองแบบไม่เจตนาให้เสียชีวิตโดยเฉพาะกลุ่มนักศึกษาที่มีภาวะซึมเศร้าเป็นสิ่ง จำเป็น รวมถึงการให้ความตระหนักต่อการป้องกันและคัดกรองผล กระทบอื่น ๆ ที่จะตามมาในกลุ่มนักศึกษาที่มีพฤติกรรมจงใจทำให้ตนเองตกอยู่ในความสัมพันธ์ที่ถูกปฏิเสธจากคนรัก หรือการเปลี่ยนคู่นอนบ่อย
